The return must be communicated by email to the following address: email@example.com
Once the return communication has been received, Thomas Nata will quickly communicate to the customer the instructions for returning the products.
IMPORTANT: you will only have the possibility to take one or more products of the same value as the returned product.

The goods must be intact and in its original packaging.
The customer is required to put his name on the package, the wording “e-commerce return”.
The return can be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods and the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
1. The right of withdrawal applies to products purchased in their entirety;
2. Upon arrival at the Thomas Nata headquarters, the product will be examined to assess any damage, tampering or wear of the same, if the packaging and / or the original packaging are damaged, the customer will lose the right of withdrawal.
The procedure for replacing a product can be activated as a result of the occurrence of one of the following hypotheses:
1. The size and / or color does not meet the customer’s requirements
2. If the product received does not comply with the parameters described on the site
In each of the cases listed above, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer and the shipment must be made by express courier.
The cost of the exchange service is € 5.00.
The customer who decides to request the replacement of the product must contact Thomas Nata by email at the following address firstname.lastname@example.org and wait for the exchange authorization.
It will be necessary to have the following data available:
1. Order number
2. Customer email address
To request product replacement, the customer must comply with the following instructions:
1. The product must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged and must still have the packaging intact.
2. The label (identifying the item, brand and size) must still be attached to the product.
3. The product can be replaced with the same item in a different size and color or with a product of the same value.
Thomas Nata reserves the right to inspect the product before accepting the exchange or not.
In the event that Thomas Nata does not have the availability of the product to be replaced, the same will refund within 10 days of receiving it, with the same payment method used for the purchase (in the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made by transfer).
If all the exchange conditions are not respected, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer, charging him the return costs.
